These terms govern orders on morvik.shop. Placing an order means you accept them. Prices on the site do not include tax.

USD prices on the site are before tax. You pay on Stripe. Tax is added from your shipping address.

Tax is not in the listed price. Stripe adds it at checkout from the shipping address you enter. Until that step, every price you see is exclusive of tax.

Products and prices

MorviK sells the Indoor Pickleball Set and optional add-ons shown on this site. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

Listed prices do not include taxes. Any sales tax, VAT, or similar charge is calculated at Stripe Checkout from your shipping address and added on top of the product total. A discount such as SAVE35 applies to products before tax.

Prices may change. The price that applies is the one shown when you pay.

Ordering and payment

Payment is due when you complete Stripe Checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. MorviK does not store or see your full card number.

An order is confirmed when Stripe marks the payment as paid. You then see an on-site receipt, and we email a confirmation to the address you used.

Delivery

Shipping is free and tracked. Delivery times are estimates, usually 7–14 business days after the order ships, depending on where you are. The Shipping page has the current window.

Optional shipping protection at $5.99 covers loss or damage in transit. It is off unless you add it in the cart. It is not a return.

Right to send it back

You have 30 days from delivery to decide the set isn’t right and send it back for a refund, under the conditions on the Returns page. Write to hello@morvik.com with the name on the order before you ship it.
